worn furniture
Hauling luggage up multiple flights of stairs wasn't fun (especially after a long day of travel). I also noticed the room interiors felt somewhat dated. The furniture looked worn, and some fixtures seemed past their prime.

convenient locationfriendly staff
the location was REALLY convenient. it was a short walk from both the main bus station and the main train station. the staff was super friendly.
the stairs was a little steep, especially with luggage.

dated furniturelimited breakfast
I was a bit disappointed that the room felt dated. The furniture looked old, and the decor seemed like it needed some refreshment (perhaps a new carpet). I also found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. There were not many options that catered to dietary restrictions. Hopefully, the management considers updating the rooms and expanding the breakfast choices.
