mixed experience, some issues encountered
no hot water delayed meal
i booked this hotel expecting hot water, but there was none for the sink or shower. i also ordered food in the restaurant, but the two meals arrived at different times. my partner finished his meal before mine even came. although the staff apologized, the delay was still frustrating.

The free airport transfer was very convenient. the staff were cute and helpful. They offered juice upon arrival. the hotel's location near the airport made travel easy. my room was spacious and comfortable.
the gym equipment could use a bit of updating.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. check-in was quick, and they promptly delivered my bags. they also packed a sandwich, egg, and banana for my early morning trip. I found that a nice gesture.
