the staff were lovely and accommodating throughout my stay i felt genuinely welcomed the beachfront location provided easy access to the sea and offered amazing views from my room. i appreciated the well kept facilities and the restaurant's diverse menu i particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes and the delicious vegetarian options.
i found the cost of transportation arranged by the hotel to be higher than expected a more competitively priced transfer service would enhance the overall experience i encountered a few mosquitoes and sand flies especially in the evenings despite the resort's efforts to manage them.

This resort rules! i stayed in a beach front junior suite and wow, it was super close to the water. Maybe 30 seconds. the staff were helpful, like, seriously top notch!
the only bummer was that everything cost a lot. like, i wanted a margarita and it was nine euros. dinner for the family ended up costing eighty euros which, is just too expensive.

the hotel sits right by the beach and has a quiet tropical paradise vibe. it is close to the underground river, an unbelievable nearby attraction. we wished we had come straight there and skipped puerto princesa.
