The staff displayed friendliness. I appreciated how new the hotel was! The pool area was great, it had sufficient space . The hotel gym had all necessary equipment.
The air conditioning unit had some issues. It only had a fan, not the cooling function I needed. I found the room uncomfortably hot due to this. The buffet was not great. There were not many options available. I hoped for a better selection of foods.

the air conditioning barely worked, it only blew out weak fan air. with outside temperatures at 30c, the room was too hot to sleep in properly. i booked this place specifically because of the air conditioning

I found the location very convenient near the airport. many eateries are nearby too. the staff provided a very efficient airport transfer service, which i really appreciated. the breakfast selection offered a good variety. i was impressed with the tour desk. It helped organize tours quickly.
the gym had limited equipment. i only saw a few machines. more equipment could be beneficial.
