helpful staff cheap service
the staff filled our flat tire with air. they also installed the spare tire without hesitation, the staff was very helpful. laundry service was fast and cheap.
the television reception wasn't very good, though the views made up for it

free transportation amazing pool spacious room canceled massages delayed taxi long pizza wait
the resort offered free transportation to the airport. they also had transportation for a reasonable rate to different spots in the city. the pool was amazing. i found my room clean and quite spacious (it reminded me of a proper retreat).
the staff canceled our massages. they did not inform us for 30 minutes. they booked a taxi that took 55 minutes to arrive. the pizza order took 90 minutes one evening.

free shuttle large pool tidy room
the hotel have free shuttles to town. this was useful as there are not many dinner options nearby. the pool is large and nice. the room was tidy, they provide comfort.
the breakfast was not great. everyday there was a lack of soap in the bathrooms. there was a strong smell of insecticide that remained throughout the stay.

staff were super friendly. they are always ready to help. the maintenance worker and security guard informed me i had a flat tire, then filled the tire with air.

the horizon restaurant offers a good menu of local and international cuisine. i ordered many different new dishes and they all taste great. the dining supervisor was attentive.

the gym is available and does the job. message service provides amazing expertise. message slots rooms are simple made from bamboo offering amazing relaxation. the panoramic view is also beautiful.
