mixed feelings
overcrowded pool irritating music
the staff were friendly (which i did notice) and generally helpful.
The pool area felt overcrowded. getting a spot by the pool was difficult, especially during peak hours. the constant music near the pools was annoying. I really wished for some quiet time. there were no beach loungers available, except on a small platform that didn't really feel like a proper beach experience.

a charming escape
smooth shuttle boat trip professional staff
I stayed seven nights here and enjoyed my time . the hotel offered a complimentary boat trip to three islands, a wonderful touch. airport shuttle service was very smooth. i found the staff professional. They really looked after me.
cocktails needs improvements. during my stay, there was some lights turned off and on. the rain might be the cause. it didn't bother me that much.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room with a balcony. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provided excellent bicycles to explore the island. the location was convenient with a scooter rental place and several small restaurants nearby.
the air conditioner was a bit noisy at times.

the reception staff extended a warm welcome upon my arrival. my room was a beautiful double or twin room ocean view. the room was spacious and very clean with wonderful views. i appreciated the complimentary fruit basket. the well-stocked minibar.
the gym had limited hours, a small inconvenience given my schedule.
