an amazing resort
ocean viewsday bedeasy temperature control
the room was very large with ocean views, also a verandah with a day bed. it included lovely lighting and a ensuite vanity area. the air conditioning worked well, therefore the temperature control was easy to use. the breakfast buffet included freshly made omelettes and fresh fruit.

the cape suite with ocean view was very large. it included sweeping ocean views and a big verandah with a day bed. the vanity area had a stool, and the king size bed had soft, quality pillows. the blackout curtains were effective, and the shower had great water pressure. there were robes, slippers, and thongs.
the hotel did not have a lot of night entertainment. it would have been nice to have more options at the hotel, though i did venture to different areas nearby.

the resort pool is large and deep with areas to sit. the hotel provides a cable car to get to the beach. it is a sweet and peaceful touch. the hotel has a private beach with lounge chairs and towel service.

the staff showed so much kindness and care. we got a wonderful complimentary room upgrade, it. the scenic view from the hotel was amazing.
the gym's air conditioning wasn't working great, it was a bit warm in there.

the room included a comfortable king-sized bed and soft pillows. there were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. a spacious balcony provided nice views of the gardens, it had comfortable seating for relaxation.

the private beach offered some tranquility, and sunbeds were readily available.
the food was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering the claims of 'fine dining'. i had calamari that tasted like it had been reheated and lamb with what seemed like packet gravy. the service suffered too as staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, and my room's sink was blocked upon arrival.

Our room was not what I expected. The sliding doors needed fixing. The kitchen area cabinets looked old and dirty, I was disappointed.
