The location was acceptable. It was near the airport.
I had a deeply disappointing experience due to a water issue. Poorly filtered, brown-colored water made showering impossible, and the only solution offered was bottled water for brushing teeth, unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. the internal buggy service was also slow. Long waits made daily movements very inconvenient. this hotel is unsuitable with reduced mobility due to these issues.

I did not receive the room location I thought I booked and paid for. I requested a tax invoice at checkout to claim costs as a business trip, but they couldn't issue one due to the audit process.

the breakfast buffet had excellent food. the italian restaurant offers great meat and pizzas. i find the location very convenient for exploring the area.
the rooms are on a HILL and i gave up waiting for the buggy on several occasions.
