mixed feelings about this place
slow room service inconvenient shuttle
The shuttle service was anything but convenient. i had to wait an eternity, and the drivers seemed to have their own preferred routes, not mine. also, the room service was quite slow. I ordered a club sandwich one afternoon, and it took over an hour to arrive. maybe they were catching the chicken fresh, i don't know.

My stay included a suite with a spa bath. it had a separate shower and a large soaking tub. i found plentiful towels. Fresh ones were available daily. the room featured a balcony with seating.
the wifi signal was sometimes unreliable, though this was only occasional.

limited buggy malfunctioning coffee
i find several aspects needing improvement. firstly, the limited buggy service bothered me significantly. it concludes at 11:30 pm, as the hotel sits atop a steep hill. additionally, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. the offerings catered more to non-european guests, the cold meats were processed, and the coffee machines frequently malfunctioned.

the location was convenient, near the town. the customer service was very responsive. the pool was nice, and the food was okay. i found the staff to be helpful . i appreciated the shuttle service to town. i also enjoyed the breakfast choices available each morning.

peaceful location helpful staff varied options
I spent five nights here and found the location perfect for avoiding city noise. It was relaxing. the staff were always helpful and the service felt very personal! everything was clean and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which i really appreciated.

the suite included floor-to-ceiling glass doors. plentiful plug sockets were available near the desk that spanned almost the whole length of the room, and the hotel supplied tea, coffee, and water daily.

the breakfast buffet featured both sweet and savory items. i found a mix of western and thai options available. i also noticed the availability of a different vegetarian curry, alongside several types of beautiful rices.

the hotel provides a convenient and frequent buggy shuttle. the shuttle service can take you anywhere on the hotel. arranging a pickup is possible through a quick phone call. traffic 'warden' assists in crossing the busy road, greatly simplifying the process.

fantastic stay!
breakfast buffet convenient room service spacious room
I found the breakfast buffet had many choices. It was great. the room service operated 24 hours, really convenient! the rooms are spacious and clean. i would consider staying here again.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel were aged. it could use some maintenance to keep it looking its best. This could include painting and updates to some of the facilities.

the hotel is close to the beach, it is just across the street from the resort! it makes for easy access if you want to spend time by the sea. the convenience is a definite plus.

the resort features two pools, and they were not overcrowded! it was nice to have space to relax without feeling cramped. there is also a shuttle service, and it transports guests from reception to the upper parts of the hotel.
