A Romantic Getaway to Remember
spacious balcony luxurious bathtub comfortable bed daily towel
The hotel had generously sized rooms, perfect after long travel days. I liked the spacious balcony, complete with a luxurious bathtub for soaking. The bed was comfortable. Daily towel service and plenty of drinking water were nice touches.
The location felt a bit remote from major attractions. Taxis were sometimes required.

The hotel offered multiple restaurants. The breakfast buffet had diverse options. The Black Ginger restaurant required a boat ride to reach it. The food there was indeed special.

The front-of-house staff offered a beautiful welcome upon arrival. All staff were attentive (always greeting guests). The team's ability to anticipate needs added an extra layer of care.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
industrial style missing handrails
The hotel design felt a bit off to me. I did not enjoy the industrial style. The concrete and metal seemed out of place amidst the tropical surroundings. getting around was difficult because there were many stairs with no handrails. This could be a problem for some guests.

i appreciated the spacious rooms, decorated with a modern aesthetic the room included a comfortable bed and high quality linens. i found the grounds well maintained with lush landscaping. i used the on-site gym that featured modern equipment. the hotel provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
i found the selection of available television channels to be somewhat limited.

pristine upholstery soft bedding friendly staff
I stayed in a pearl bed suite for three nights. the room had pristine upholstery and super soft bedding. cleaners did an amazing job. They were always so friendly.
the gym was unattended when i tried to access the tennis court.

industrial style many restaurants mosquito bites repellent bottle
i am grateful for the spacious rooms it got wonderfully appointed with its industrial style. food options are many and i do recommend the black ginger restaurant. there are also many restaurants just outside the gates on the beach.
the mosquitoes plagued my daughter and i. the hotel gave a small repellent bottle, but it was not effective for us. we had over thirty bites each, so i was unprepared for that.
