Fantastic Family Vacation Experience
wide selection kids club room upgrade efficient team
The breakfast buffet had a broad selection of global cuisines with slight menu variations daily (which kept things interesting). The hotel really caters to young families, offering a great Kids Club and playground. I received a complimentary room upgrade that included a Jacuzzi. The staff members were friendly and efficient when I needed a buggy to get around the large hotel.
The absence of convenient store nearby (a small inconvenience for quick necessities).

The resort includes a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can relax at the large pool area that features twenty loungers along with a shaded section. There is also a dedicated kids club with daily activities.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to Patong. A taxi to Kamala costs 200 Baht each way, easily arranged by the concierge. The resort provides free shuttle bus to get into Kamala (5min drive).

My King Room Ocean View was serviced daily, with housekeeping happy to assist with any needs I had. The room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Rooms require buggy access due to the hotel layout.

The Pool House Restaurant provides excellent service and quality food. Breakfast includes a fantastic buffet, and ample seating ensures a comfortable experience. The Casa Boho restaurant has amazing views and Latin selections.

The rooms are comfy. I really liked the interior design. Breakfast offered lots of variety. EVERYTHING was clean in general.
the STAFF is friendly BUT inexperienced. the service is bad. the rooms are run DOWN, i wouldn't stay here again.

nice stay
varied buffet room change
The breakfast buffet was quite varied. there were also thai dancing performances in the restaurant one evening. It was a wonderful surprise. the staff handled our room change quickly. they did everything possible to accommodate us in a new room.
The rooms are on a hilltop. walking upward to reach your room can be tiring. Rooms are underground. these rooms may feel closed in due to the lack of sunshine.

the room included a separate bedroom for the kids. the room felt spacious and did not feel crowded even with four people and two children. the wifi service was reliable and worked well throughout the hotel.

the hotel is relatively close to phuket island attractions. carnival magic is particularly nearby. phuket city is about a forty minute drive away, so planning is essential.

Wonderful stay with great amenities
polite staff vast variety ocean view
i found the staff polite. i also found them caring and cute. the breakfast buffet offered a vast variety of selections from around the world. i especially loved the ocean view king room. The room included a separate shower and bathtub.
the check-in experience could have been improved. after a long journey, i would have appreciated a cold drink or refreshing towel. it is a small detail that makes a big difference in first impressions.
