The breakfast buffet had a broad selection of global cuisines with slight menu variations daily (which kept things interesting). The hotel really caters to young families, offering a great Kids Club and playground. I received a complimentary room upgrade that included a Jacuzzi. The staff members were friendly and efficient when I needed a buggy to get around the large hotel.

The breakfast buffet was quite varied. there were also thai dancing performances in the restaurant one evening. It was a wonderful surprise. the staff handled our room change quickly. they did everything possible to accommodate us in a new room.

The rooms are on a hilltop. walking upward to reach your room can be tiring. Rooms are underground. these rooms may feel closed in due to the lack of sunshine.

i found the staff polite. i also found them caring and cute. the breakfast buffet offered a vast variety of selections from around the world. i especially loved the ocean view king room. The room included a separate shower and bathtub.

the check-in experience could have been improved. after a long journey, i would have appreciated a cold drink or refreshing towel. it is a small detail that makes a big difference in first impressions.
