The room featured filtered water. This was convenient. the bukit bintang train station was close. The walk was approximately five minutes. i found mr azhad very helpful with cab bookings at the ground floor entrance.
i noticed the gym closed quite early. i wished it was open a bit later

the location was very convenient, close to so many restaurants. the room provided utensils like plates, bowls, and cutlery, which i appreciated. the air conditioning worked very well too. their breakfast was AMAZING!!!
i found the interaction with a front desk staff member quite unprofessional. i needed to change my upcoming stay due to a medical issue, but he yelled at me. he insisted i contact a third party and was generally unhelpful.

I found the hotel's proximity to Pavilion and the TRX Exchange very convenient. The included laundry machine was a great asset. I used the gym. It seemed well-equipped.
The reception staff did not seem very cute. I found it difficult to get confident answers to specific questions, such as those about taxes. the breakfast options felt quite limited.

the location was fantastic! it was so easy to walk to all the main attractions. the room i had, a studio premier, was spacious! it was also super clean and had a great kitchenette area. the infinity pool offered amazing views, really elevated the experience.
The breakfast area felt a bit cramped. I think it affected the variety! the staff at the front desk weren't always the friendliest. They seemed a bit preoccupied. also, the gym, while well-equipped, got quite crowded during peak hours.
