Excellent Hotel, Great Location!

I had a room with a comfortable king bed. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The lobby area is spacious with comfortable seating. The gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. I found the staff very helpful.

The hotel can be confusing to reach by car. Exiting the hotel on foot is not straightforward. Clearer signage would improve guest experience.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of international and local foods. I was impressed with the high-quality fruits. The truffle mushroom soup in Vasco was AMAZING!!! The serving staff was friendly and prompt.

aqif provided excellent service there. i really appreciate him making the lounge feel like a home. the food and the drinks were of a high standard and all the other staff were always cute.

hilton kl has never been generous with upgrades, even though i am honors diamond. i was told the hotel was overbooked and no complimentary upgrades were available but if i paid it would be available. i found this really strange. i realised later that i didn't even have access to the executive lounge initially.
