The hotel's location allowed convenient walking to destinations like KLCC. The room featured a nice view overlooking the twin towers. Breakfast, while satisfactory, was not at the 4-star level.
Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong cigarette odor. There were also visible stains around the bathtub area. The cleanliness felt questionable because of this.

Excellent City Stay Experience!

I found the location very convenient. The Petronas Towers were only a fifteen minute walk. A 7/11 right around the corner provided added convenience. The room was large. It included both a good, large shower and a bathtub. I really liked this. The breakfast selection offered a large variety.
The hairdryer got pretty hot with no cool air option. It could damage hair.

My room featured a comfortable bed and included an in-room safe for valuables, so I felt secure. The air conditioning unit was effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature. That was very welcome. Daily housekeeping ensured a tidy space.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the LRT, a key public transport option. There are also diverse dining choices just behind the hotel that are open late. It made exploring shopping spots like KL Sentral easy!

The hotel boasts a central location within walking distance of various attractions. I appreciated the fully sheltered walkway that connects to the train station. Staff members were consistently really good, offering superb service. The live band provided an upbeat atmosphere.
