helpful staff amazing cleanliness comfortable room expensive bar cold meal limited choice
the hotel staff were very nice! the cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. the room was large and very comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard with lovely views of the sea and pool.
the bar was expensive with plenty to choose from, apply, twice. i never had a hot meal , breakfast was on display at 7.20am. the restaurant opens at 8am and not much to choose from for meals, this needs addressing.

Amazing Hotel! Highly Recommended!
modern rooms convenient location delicious food
The rooms are clean and modern, exceeding expectations. I enjoyed the location near the beach and boulevard. The food variety was excellent, with different options every day, also the interior and outdoor pools are a total win!
The all-inclusive drinks have a poor selection.. I wish there were more variety.

bland food unreliable water
the staff was nice and the location near the train station was acceptable.
The food quality disappointed me. it tasted bland and lacked variety. the desserts seemed to be the only exception, but that was not enough. also, the hot water was unreliable. It worked sporadically, causing inconvenience.
