The check-in process was super efficient online, allowing late arrival. Staff members are very helpful and friendly. I noted a water faucet in the main room. It is great for refilling water bottles! I found the value to be great.

The earplugs did not block noise well. I heard neighbors moving and other disturbances. The storage locker lacked proper ventilation for shoes.

The air conditioning only worked in the common room. The sleeping capsules had only a small window. i was sweating all night. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

i was charmed to discover how spacious the capsule actually is, providing ample room. i found a free locker large enough for my hiking pack with inbuilt locks, negating any lock needs. the provision of free towels and bath mats proved very convenient. shower amenities were also provided and super tidy.

the lack of dedicated lockers for each capsule could be a slight inconvenience if you arrive late and they are all taken.
