the location was wonderful, right in the heart of the old town. the staff were helpful, they spoke english. the breakfast was nice.

The refrigerator in the room did not work, i was not able to keep my water cool. the safe also was broken. I could not store my valuables. the beds felt old and could use replacing

The location was prime. I could walk everywhere. the breakfast room felt cosy, i enjoy the abundance of options. i liked that the staff gave us an entire box of tissues when we needed them. That kindness impressed me. the room had plenty of space, which I found nice.

the soap at the basin was missing, i had to ask for it.

the staff was helpful finding parking. they even opened breakfast early because of our early departure. the hotel has a historic vibe in the heart of town. it felt quite lovely staying here.

the shower setup was unusual (difficult to stand up straight).
