The staff displayed attentive service. the breakfast included a wide selection. the room provided bottled water and a full-size fridge. i found these little touches so thoughtful. the location allowed easy access to nearby gardens. I often strolled through them. it was a welcome escape.

The absence of cctv in the car park was a concern. I felt a little uneasy about the safety of my vehicle.

The staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast offered a large choice and accommodated alternative eggs. The room even had a fridge and fan, very helpful given the beautiful weather. We will definitely return next year, SO thankful.

The bed felt too hard. It's just a personal preference! a softer mattress would have improved my sleep quality, even if everything else was great. I should have asked earlier about it.
