porter service slow service
The location was perfect. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were attentive to my needs. breakfast was really good with many food options to choose from.
there were no concierge or porter services, which i expected from an expensive hotel. i felt the service was slow.

the design of the hotel is beautiful, from the entrance to the dining area.
The service felt slow. Staff seemed unwelcoming when i did not speak french. i found this disappointing.

Really good stay!
prime location clean accommodation friendly staff
The hotel location is PRIME. It has AMAZING, clean accommodations. The reception and bar staff ARE super friendly. I appreciated that the hotel rooms are very clean. I found the modern design very nice. The location is also pretty good. I appreciated the cosy bar AND restaurant.
The hotel lobby IS visually appealing BUT service felt slow.

The breakfast options ARE varied AND tasty. The hotel has a GREAT bar with an outdoor courtyard lounge. I really appreciated those features. You can choose to sit inside or outside, as well.

The hotel rooms are spacious AND stylish. There is a VERY nice bathtub in the bathroom. It was beneficial after long walks. There is SEPARATE locked bicycle parking at the facility.
