The hotel had a very comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work. It was a warm night, so sleep was difficult. I feel there should have been some compensation from the hotel for this issue, i specifically chose this hotel for air conditioning.

the location was alright. tram stops were pretty close.

The noise was awful. Buses and trams ran all night. the air conditioning barely worked, and opening the window made the noise problem worse. i complained, but staff didn't offer any real solutions.

the location was fantastic for exploring the area. the hotel offered complimentary tickets for public transportation which was a big plus. the room was clean and the bed very comfortable i found the staff helpful

the corridors had a somewhat musky scent due to the carpeting.
