the room was quite spacious. the bed was lovely and comfortable. the bathroom had a good stock of supplies (i thought this was a nice touch).
i had to pay for parking (even with the room fee). the tv required assistance to operate, as the channels were not working properly. there was no tea in my room.

the shuttle service operated frequently. the room was clean and spacious. the beds were quite comfortable. bottled water and some candies were a nice touch after a long journey.
The room's ventilation was limited. It relied on a small window section and this setup wasn't adequate for a family room.

the shuttle service was really convenient and easy to book (perfect for early flights!). the staff was super helpful and even got me bandages when i needed them. i appreciated the great breakfast and the rooftop bar, especially since i could watch planes. the room had tea, coffee, bottled water, and even chocolates, a nice touch.
I wish the parking fee wasn't extra. I think it should be included.

i enjoyed the breakfast options greatly, especially the variety of choices offered each morning in the dining area. runway28 also had excellent, friendly service with staff such as sagar and eric. the rooftop bar has fantastic views.

the staff was accommodating and friendly (seriously great service!). i was actually surprised when i was allowed to check in early upon arrival. kittyhawkes had a server named jennifer who was a delight. the breakfast chef also made amazing porridge.
