The breakfast was acceptable with enough options to choose from.
The phone in my room didn't work. I tried calling reception at 1 AM to ask for a fan, but the phone was completely dead. The heat was unbearable and there was no air conditioning and the window barely opened.

the room warmed up quickly! there was no air conditioning and no thermostat to lower the temperature. the room backed onto some equipment. it was too loud to keep the window open.
