a nice stay

central location attentive staff cute lobby relaxing experience
I found the location central, close to the bar district and walking distance to city sites. surprisingly, it was quiet. the staff were attentive and helpful . i particularly appreciated the cute lobby bar. It was ideal.
my room was not fully updated, which may account for the discounted price. electrical sockets were not tightly fixed, and pulled out slightly when removing a plug. these issues are minor, but worth noting for future improvements.
Rooms
8/10
my room had ample storage space, quite useful. the bed provided comfort, and the room overall met my basic needs. while not luxurious, it served its purpose well, contributing to a relaxed stay.
Service
9/10
the reception team was particularly helpful. they answered questions, called taxis, and made useful suggestions for places to see. this attention to detail enhanced my overall experience and contributed to a stress-free visit. the staff were always polite and good listeners.

The location was acceptable. It faced the river.
Our room faced a neighboring club or bar and kept us awake until 3 am. the soundproofing seemed inadequate. I could constantly hear booming and vibrating. this even caused headaches.

Excellent Hotel Experience

perfect location excellent view attentive staff
The location proved perfect for exploring local attractions. The River View Suite offered excellent views. The staff were attentive (and dedicated), and they promptly addressed all requests. Breakfast was great, with varied options.
The absence of complimentary bottled water in the room reminded me of an oversight given the room rate. The in-room snacks displayed on a rack looked slightly out of place.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel boasts boutique features and beautiful décor throughout, including super clean and comfortable rooms that maintain a cool vibe. the location is really in the center of all main attractions.
Dining
8/10
The hotel's bar is well-stocked, it has tasty cocktails, and also a pleasant atmosphere and staff at the bar are very friendly. The restaurant looks good, though I did not have the chance to sample the food.
Service
10/10
Staff members, including Sergio, Emre, Karen and Jose, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff was keen to deal with any requests. I would return because of the service.

Fair stay in central location

central location quick check-in helpful staff small lobby missing iron small television
The hotel has a very central location, everything was in walking distance. The check-in process was quick, the staff were helpful. My room was modern with big, it was also clean.
The hotel lobby is very small, so is the bar area. My room did not have an ironing board or iron. The television available was a small Walker, with only free channels available.
