All staff seemed kind and helpful. the room felt fine and the bed was VERY comfortable. the hotel possesses a nice and large downstairs area with many chairs. The coffee served at the coffee bar is SO good.
The room was quiet and tidy. HOWEVER, it was SO small I could not open my luggage fully when on the floor. there was no chair to sit down and work comfortably. bathroom also felt small.

the twin room includes comfortable beds with soft linens, ensuring a restful night. bedside tables with reading lamps added convenience, and the blackout curtains helped maintain a peaceful, darkened space, SO conducive to sleep.

I found the location very convenient, close to many restaurants and tourist services. The main attractions along the river were within easy walking distance. The room was clean and had all the essentials I needed like towels, tea, coffee, and an ironing board. Breakfast was lovely and available until 11 am, a nice bonus!

The hotel location was pretty central, so that was acceptable.
The shower design was awful, I nearly slipped. The towels felt tiny, they barely wrapped around me. My room was noisy. It faced a bar that blasted music until 3 AM, I was so annoyed.

The hotel's location was perfect, so close to all the action! The room included needed items, towels, tea, coffee, an ironing board, a safe, and a hairdryer. Breakfast runs until 11 am, a massive plus for those of us who like to sleep in. I had a fantastic time.
The noise from the fan outside my window really bothered me. It was so loud and didn't stop until after 11 PM, then started up again at 6 AM! For the price I paid, I really expected better.
