Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
inefficient check-inshower leak
The check-in process was slow. There was a long wait, and the staff seemed inefficient. Our room was not well kept. I noticed water leaking onto the bathroom floor after each shower, and housekeeping did not address this . (I did expect them to notify someone!).

I enjoyed the metro station being right outside. it made travel very easy. the bar was very lovely next door. i booked a room with a terrace. It featured a parasol, sun loungers, a table, and chairs. this also gave access to the main pool area.
the wifi did not work smoothly! there were constant problems with chromecast. at some point the receptionist said rooms usually just have these problems. i thought that was a bit unprofessional

The hotel features a rooftop pool, a great spot for relaxation and sunbathing. It includes comfortable loungers. i also noticed the hotel has a modern bar and restaurant, providing convenient dining options. a metro station is just outside.

The staff was courteous. They were very friendly, and this made for a cute atmosphere. check-in was quite efficient. the hotel offered convenient services such as laundry, returned neatly folded the next day. I found that helpful!

The breakfast buffet had a wide range. I thought the food options were very excellent! the hotel restaurant, barbarita, offered delicious meals. I especially recommend it. there's also a cafe next door, in case one doesn't want a full buffet breakfast.

the hotel has a great position! it's a short walk from the main railway station. the metro and tram stops are right next to the hotel, so getting around was easy. the hotel is close to the football ground.

The hotel decor impressed me. The bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast selection featured many options. I also found the rooftop pool a great amenity, with plenty of sun beds available. I appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff.
I noticed the television had limited functionality. The internet was not working correctly. This meant I was limited to a small selection of channels, disappointing. I would have liked to use it while in the room.

it is a four star hotel with no tea or coffee in the room. reception staff seemed indifferent and one particularly obnoxious when i ordered a taxi and was told if i wanted one to wait outside on the pavement

lack of amenitiesextra gym charge
i found some aspects less than satisfactory. the lack of complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the comfort double room was disappointing (especially given the extra charge for a terrace). i also disliked having to pay extra for gym access, a feature i believe should be standard in a hotel of this caliber.
