lovely visit at a stylish hotel
attentive staff outdoor space great location
The staff was very kind and attentive . i really liked having coffee in the morning. The space outside the restaurant was perfect. the hotel's location near the water was great, and i appreciated how clean everything was.
i was a little surprised that there wasn't a tea tray or a stocked minibar in the room. it's something i've often seen at similar hotels and missed .

The carmen room had a fresh appearance and was spotlessly clean. it also featured a convenient coffee pod machine. I found it perfect for a quick morning coffee.

the hotel's hotel always smelled amazing upon entry. the hotel location at the end of the promenade made restaurants and bars very accessible. transport options were also easy to reach from here.

great location spacious room best shower
The hotel had a great location close to the city center, the esplanade, and the port. The room was spacious. The shower was the best i have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff was lovely and breakfast was great.
The receptionist was not friendly this time. My request for a kettle resulted in my husband being kept waiting. The bed was very hard. The air conditioning was stuck on a cold fierce blast.

Wonderful Stay with AMAZING Views!
superb location fabulous view super clean room prompt staff
The location was superb, right by the marina and promenade. I was upgraded to a room facing the front. It offered a FABULOUS view of the harbor. The room was also SPOTLESSLY clean and generously sized. The staff addressed my needs PROMPTLY.
I did notice some noise from passing traffic. Double glazing might help reduce it.

The breakfast room allowed for port views while I had coffee after my morning walk. I appreciated the location of the breakfast area. It was a peaceful way to begin the day.
