The staff was very kind and attentive . i really liked having coffee in the morning. The space outside the restaurant was perfect. the hotel's location near the water was great, and i appreciated how clean everything was.

i was a little surprised that there wasn't a tea tray or a stocked minibar in the room. it's something i've often seen at similar hotels and missed .

The hotel had a great location close to the city center, the esplanade, and the port. The room was spacious. The shower was the best i have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff was lovely and breakfast was great.

The receptionist was not friendly this time. My request for a kettle resulted in my husband being kept waiting. The bed was very hard. The air conditioning was stuck on a cold fierce blast.

The location was superb, right by the marina and promenade. I was upgraded to a room facing the front. It offered a FABULOUS view of the harbor. The room was also SPOTLESSLY clean and generously sized. The staff addressed my needs PROMPTLY.

I did notice some noise from passing traffic. Double glazing might help reduce it.
