Some Issues During My Stay
poor sound insulationmisleading cleaning policy
The lack of sound insulation was a real problem. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. It made it difficult to relax. Housekeeping never came to clean my room one day. I felt misled. The kitchen was not cleaned despite assurances of daily service.

the room was quite spacious. it included a separate lounge area in addition to the bedroom. i also appreciated having a small kitchenette (it was very useful).
the shower leaked a bit during use. also, the shutters did not work correctly (only one side functioned properly). this meant the room wasn't very dark in the morning if i wanted to sleep in.

i checked in smoothly thanks to the front desk. they gave me a room upgrade, which i appreciated. the room included a big double bed despite being a single occupant. the bathroom was very clean, and i had plenty of towels for the stay. the north-facing balcony kept my room very quiet.

my studio had a double bed with clean linen. a safe was available in the room, perfect for storing valuables. i found the interior decorations simple, yet practical for a short stay.
