The reception area featured lovely christmas trees. The bar area had a vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast included excellent food and service each morning I found the staff very attentive and helpful.

The food was good and you can also order from the menu. When there are a lot of people it is a bit small and crowded. the food tastes great though.

The room was fabulous and very clean. I found the rooms to be comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. I also liked that there was complimentary milk in the fridge.

the wifi upload speed in my room was 4. download speed was 0.3. i was meant to be delivering online training via zoom.

The staff was friendly. The location was great for the football ground nearby! Our rooms were available early. It was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast tasted good.
The coffee maker in the room did not work. The wall behind the TV looked very run down. The carpet in the hallway had tape, though the family tripped.
