sick staff missing lunch
the hotel bar was a real letdown. i waited ages for service one afternoon only to be told the bar staff had gone home sick. this was at 3pm. they also don't serve lunch, which i find ridiculous for a so-called 4-star hotel.

wonderful stay!
beautiful display friendly staff christmas stockings equipped toning room
I really loved the reception area, it had such a beautiful floral display. i found the front desk staff to be both helpful and friendly. on christmas day, the hotel surprised us with christmas stockings full of treats placed on our doors. It was a good surprise. i made good use of the well-equipped toning room, perfect for my workout routine.
the hotel decor seemed a little tired , needing some updating here and there.

quiet city escape
great location clean room friendly staff
the hotel location is great access to the city centre is easy i liked the castle view the room was well-kept and very clean staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i really liked the complimentary toiletries and water in the room the decor was pretty. there was also food i ate at the restaurant there.

enchanting retreat Near the castle
perfect location private parking nice room really good comfort
The location was perfect! it was very close to the castle and a short walk to the city center. i found prebooked parking a definite plus. It felt more private than the public option nearby. the room was nice, and the bed offered really good comfort. it was quiet, too. the windows open to let in fresh air.

the staff was REALLY friendly and helpful. check-in and check-out were easy, and the team always answered any questions. it was apparent that they cared about providing a positive guest experience, made all the difference.

the room included tea and coffee-making facilities, a VERY welcome touch. complimentary bottled water was provided. the room had a dual-aspect view, offering a nice panorama. i found everything clean and well kept.

Amazing city stay!
great location comfortable night quick collection excellent shower
The hotel's location was a huge plus. It's near the castle. The room had everything needed for a comfortable night. I found online check-in quick, so room key collection was seamless. The shower was definitely excellent!
I found the walls a little thin, and could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The standard double room featured modern décor. I saw that the room included a large comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The bathroom had white company toiletries.

The hotel is really close to the castle, so sightseeing was easy. There is an ncp car park next door. I noticed the railway station is a short walk away (about 10 minutes).

I found the staff friendly. They were quite helpful when i had questions about local attractions. I felt the service was prompt and efficient at all times (from check-in to departure).

The hotel boasts very good breakfast (especially the selection of pastries!). I appreciated the availability of a wheelchair lift for easy access to different levels. The hotel also has a bar, so i could relax in the evening.
