amazing city stay

i found the staff helpful . jennifer at the front desk provided extensive information about the area and transportation. she even arranged a surprise for my anniversary (it was such a thoughtful touch!). the location proved ideal, just a short walk from the city center.
The room i booked initially did not resemble the photos online. it seemed like a downgrade, ending up in a dark, small space. the bathroom door did not close properly. It opened directly into the lobby, and the ac was noisy.

the rooftop terrace at the sister hotel was a major plus. guests are welcome to use this space. it gives another option to enjoy the views (plus it is usually less crowded).

I was disappointed with the noise levels. the location is central, but the echo from the courtyard was terrible. every time someone talked or closed a door, i could hear it all night. also, the lighting in my room didn't work properly. Only the main lights functioned, and nothing was done about it even after i reported it.

The rooms were cleaned daily.
I found multiple issues. The room lighting did not function correctly , so only the main lights worked. I reported this to reception , but there was no resolution. Also , the soundproofing was inadequate , so sleep was difficult.
