Acceptable stay

excellent menu reasonable price good location downgraded room unknown reason fully booked
The evening meal menu was AMAZING!!! Prices were reasonable. The food was lovely. The location was good. I would definitely return. Plenty of places of interest were nearby.
I booked a Superior Double Room. On arrival, I received a Comfort Twin Room. This reminded me of a downgrade for some unknown reason. I tried to ask to change rooms, but they said all rooms were fully booked.

chicken curry garlic bread helpful staff water pipe generator noises noisy room
The food was AMAZING!!! I had chicken curry with all the trimmings. Cheesy garlic bread was also a great addition. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Our room had noisy water pipe noises early in the morning. It was impossible to sleep during those hours. Generator noises intermittently came inside the room.

Quiet week stay

friendly staff quick service central location comfortable bed
The staff greeted us warmly and explained breakfast timings during check-in. Breakfast offered adequate choices and quick service for cooked options. The hotel sits centrally in town. The room had a comfortable bed and tasteful decorations.
I found a slight noise from water pipes during the early morning hours. I could hear intermittent generator sounds inside room 14.
Location
9/10
The hotel's position in the town center made access easy. A walk by the canal sat a short distance from the hotel. I found this convenient for exploring.
Dining

The breakfast provided many good options and fast service. I found the chicken curry to be delicious with all the trimmings. This choice.
