misaligned prices private event
The staff was responsive when i needed the nespresso machine fixed. It was a great stay.
I encountered a couple of issues. the minibar prices did not match the actual charges, that was annoying. also, the rooftop terrace was closed for a private event one evening, limiting my options. I thought it was a bit inconvenient and poorly communicated.
