smelly towels uncomfortable bed
The hotel location is acceptable and near many restaurants.
The room provided was noisy at night. I could hear sounds from other rooms. the towels smelled like vinegar and the bed was not comfortable.

The hotel's central location near Plaza de Canalejas was very convenient. I found many restaurants in the area. The breakfast offered good choices. The rooftop terrace provided nice views of the vicinity.
The shower head kept falling, and water drainage did not work well.

The staff was helpful. A supervisor worked during breakfast. They wished me a happy birthday after every occasion. I received a cake with a candle at breakfast.

the location provides easy access to central areas. i also observed breakfast to be good, with a friendly staff ensuring a positive start to the day.
the air conditioning seem to have leaked, i heard drops all night and it affect cooling of a room.

I appreciate the hotel's central location near popular attractions. It made exploring the city easy. The room was spacious and clean. I also found the staff helpful and kind.

a theatrical dream!
central location helpful staff fresh fruit
the location was amazing. i found myself right in the center of everything, near puerta del sol and the prado museum. the staff, isabella and tono, were helpful with local tips, always greeting me with a warm smile. the breakfast included delicious scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, with the coffee machine offering many choices.
the noise at night did bother me a bit. it seemed like i could hear everything from the other rooms. the light in my room was not strong enough and the towels smelled like vinegar.

The hotel has an unbeatable location near puerta del sol. I walked easily to major attractions. situated on calle echegaray, i found myself surrounded by various restaurants and shops. the central position placed me close to landmarks like the prado museum and gran vía.

convenient location helpful staff clean room good breakfast
the location is ideal for walking to key tourist sites. i found the staff very cute and helpful. my room, a twin room, was clean and spacious. i also appreciated the good variety at the breakfast buffet to start the day.
the air conditioning was a little too loud at night.
