mixed feelings about the stay
The shower was not good. I got burned every time i took a shower. it was hard to keep the temperature steady. one day the breakfast service was great, but another day i was seated and ignored for 15 minutes. I got no coffee, tea, or menu.

wonderful hotel with a great location!
new hotel metro proximity pleasant service
the hotel is brand new and close to the train station and metro. i found it easy to walk to palaces, the prado museum, and retiro park. the breakfast included a menu, and the "goodnight" service was a nice touch. i was grateful to the staff during breakfast.
I experienced a temperature control problem. It wasn't possible to regulate the system due to weather conditions, so my room felt hot.

My room was spacious and well-soundproofed. I rested well, not hearing outside disturbances. the room included nice amenities, like soft towels and quality toiletries. the air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly.

the hotel has proximity to excellent restaurants, museums, and the park. many attractions are within walking distance, so getting around was very convenient. the area felt safe, even at night.

the à la carte breakfasts had excellent waiter service. the food was AMAZING!!! the dining room decor created a very nice atmosphere for enjoying meals. there was a wide selection of items available.

lovely artsy stay!
quiet library convenient location
The hotel had a very unique style. its location allowed easy access to several attractions. i liked the library. It was a fabulous quiet place for contemplation. the little cinema also seemed cute.
The towel hooks were only in the wc. Towels remained quite damp. we had to request fresh towels daily! it was not eco-friendly.

the hotel offered superior rooms with excellent amenities. i found shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. a toothbrush and toothpaste kit were provided, and there was even a handheld steamer.

the main floor included the library, gym, and pool. i enjoyed cooling down in the pool during the afternoons. there was also a sauna and a steam room available to guests.

the breakfast buffet featured numerous good options. one free item was available from the menu with my room. i liked the eggs benedict!

the team at breakfast was quick to take food orders. they were also fast to provide coffee and clear plates. the front desk staff helped get a new adapter when mine broke!

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Drawbacks
small room size poor soundproofing
The room size was a significant issue. I booked a room and it felt quite cramped, certainly not worth the price paid. there was a noticeable lack of soundproofing. I could hear noise from both the hallway and outside, impacting the overall comfort.

modern gym breakfast selection separate sinks
I found the gym had three treadmills. the breakfast included smoked salmon. my room had two separate sinks in the bathroom. It was quite convenient.
The elevator was occasionally slow. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
