The hotel has a really good location. The staff was nice and helpful, so that's ok.

The AC made a weird noise. It sounded like hippos squishing watermelons. I called the front desk, but they didn't do nothing to solve the situation.

The room was small and felt quite dated. The bathroom door had a gap at the bottom, so offered little privacy, this was not ideal. The noise from outside was noticeable, indicating poor soundproofing, so the room was not quiet.

the front desk staff displayed excellent friendliness I appreciated their willingness to store my bags securely upon my early arrival from the us check-out was simple the hotel is conveniently close to las ramblas market. complimentary water was available at reception. i found the proximity to shops cafes and mini markets very useful. the staff ensured i could enjoy fresh omelets and juice. the breakfasts catered for varied tastes i found the information desk helpful the room was well kept and clean the hotel is situated conveniently for tourist attractions. the location enabled easy access to public transportation. the provided tourist information proved beneficial.

the glass bathroom doors could not close completely due to installation issues this affected privacy. some bathroom doors also lacked privacy locks adding to the inconvenience this was slightly inhibiting.

The hotel's location was central, close to many attractions. I found the room very clean with effective air conditioning. The shower had excellent water pressure. This made for refreshing starts to the day. I appreciated the secured front door. It gave me a sense of safety.

The glass bathroom door did not close properly. This felt a bit awkward.
