Excellent stay on Gran Via

The location was superb. It was right on Gran Via. I found the rooms modern and very clean. The rooftop bar provided a relaxing space (I enjoyed the city view at night).
The indoor pool required a separate payment, which i didn't expect from a hotel guest.

The hotel's location near Gran Via provided convenient access to many shops and restaurants. Public transportation was also easily accessible. I could walk to several main attractions from the hotel.

my room, a superior double room balcony, was very spacious. the balcony gave beautiful city view. the bed had cloudlike comfort and it guaranteed restful sleep. the provided toiletries was high quality. the air conditioning made the room a cool safe space in the warm weather.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet near the door.

The location proved convenient with numerous attractions within walking distance I received a complimentary upgrade to a superior double room with balcony it provided ample space and city views. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and attentiveness. I also found a detox water station available in the reception area a thoughtful touch.
The absence of robes in the room proved a minor inconvenience for spa access a robe could have enhanced the overall comfort.

the room i got wasn't great! the air conditioning didn't work at all. dust had accumulated on every surface. used glasses weren't touched, and the staff didn't seem interested in helping at all, sadly

I found the location excellent, right on gran via, with many shops and attractions nearby. the lobby was attractive, and the beds offered great comfort. the bathroom was lovely, and the rooftop area presented an amazing sunset view. the staff addressed my needs well. They helped store luggage after i checked out.
The cleaning wasn't perfect. Empty items weren't always removed from tables.

i was charmed by the location (it's really close to everything!). the room was modern and spacious, and i liked the bathroom. the rooftop bar had a fantastic view and the breakfast was more than i expected.
the staff was not very helpful when i needed something. it took a long time to fix an issue i had, quite inconvenient and disappointing.
