the staff were helpful, and the hotel had what i needed. it is steps away from glorious bays with clear sea. i appreciated having use of all facilities after checkout. It made the departure relaxed. helpful staff, clear sea, relaxed departure
the receptionist seemed to ignore my request for help with the air conditioner. she didn't offer a fan when it wasn't working.

I loved the convenient access to the beach. It made seaside relaxation effortless. the staff were consistently helpful. They addressed all needs promptly. the breakfast variety was ample. I found plenty of options to start my days.

The reception staff managed check-in quickly. I was given clear information about the hotel layout. the bar service was consistently efficient. Drink orders were delivered quickly. housekeeping kept rooms clean and tidy daily. I saw fresh towels replaced each day.

absent cleaningpoor service
I noticed the promised daily room cleaning was a total lie. My room remained untouched during my entire stay. I even tried asking the cleaning lady, but she just feigned ignorance of English and scurried away. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, particularly disappointing for a supposed 4-star place.
