vibrant stay!
cuban themerooftop barroom upgradeelevator issue
i loved the hotel's unique cuban theme. the rooftop bar offered amazing evenings with great views. we even received a free room upgrade, and the room details were perfect.
I experienced issues with the elevator. Even with three people inside, it signaled exceeding the weight limit, and i did not see anyone come to repair it.

the walls seemed somewhat thin, as i occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms. this impacted my sleep.

the room wasnt cleaned . bed sheets and towels wasnt changed throughout my stay. i wanted to order a drink from the pool bar, but many cocktails was not available.
