I totally loved staying here! the location was amazing, so central. the staff was super helpful with everything, especially carla at reception, she rocks! the room was cute, and the hotel restaurant blew my mind. The food was AMAZING!!! plus, they arranged early check-in for me, a HUGE relief with my early flight the next day. i needed that extra sleep.
i was on the first level of rooms and it was nine flights of stairs up! it was a bit tiring after a long day, but honestly, everything else was so great i didn't mind much.

my room included a comfortable double bed. it also had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water! i also had a great view overlooking the square that was so pretty, especially at night.

the hotel provides complimentary wifi throughout the entire building . the lobby offers comfy seating areas, including plush sofas and armchairs! the hotel also had luggage storage available after checking out, which helped a lot.

breakfast had tons of choices, from fruit and eggs to croissants and sandwiches. champagne was available with breakfast!!! the coffee machine made really yummy lattes! the service was fast and friendly too.

The location was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and cute.
My room was quite small. There was really no place to open my suitcase without hitting something. the temperature control in the room did not work. It was too hot and I could not adjust it.

the hotel's location was central. i found it so easy to walk to many attractions from there. the staff was very helpful with directions (and recommendations!). the breakfast had a very nice selection of items to start the day.
my room was quite small (i found this typical for european hotels). it made getting to my room a little inconvenient.
