I found the staff helpful. they assisted with my luggage upon arrival. the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many places.

The room lacked proper ventilation, as the windows didn't open. the breakfast was quite expensive. I think there are better options nearby. the air conditioning wasn't as effective as i expected. The room felt stuffy.

i encountered a fire incident on the hotel the fire alarm did not activate during the incident this lack of alarm created considerable confusion and panic among guests i felt there was no proper guidance or evacuation plan in place at the time

i found issues . breakfast was disappointing the food was not replenished. the coffee machine produced a cappuccino that tasted like cleaning fluid. these aspects detracted from the overall experience.
