helpful staff convenient location luggage assistance poor ventilation expensive breakfast ineffective air conditioning
I found the staff helpful. they assisted with my luggage upon arrival. the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many places.
The room lacked proper ventilation, as the windows didn't open. the breakfast was quite expensive. I think there are better options nearby. the air conditioning wasn't as effective as i expected. The room felt stuffy.

The room was a superb Junior Suite Balcony.. It had a rainfall shower. I also liked the toiletries provided. The staff were very helpful.

modern room rooftop pool
i found the room very modern and well-kept. the rooftop pool was great. (i really needed that break!).
the lighting in the room was quite dim, it made shaving a little challenging.

i noted plenty of nice bars and restaurants just around the corner from the building. the location offered convenient access to various dining options. it made trying new cuisines quite easy.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions, including casa milà and casa batlló. these popular landmarks were within a comfortable walking distance of about ten minutes. it simplified sightseeing

fire alarm failure evacuation plan
the rooms were clean the breakfast had fresh options and the staff were helpful
i encountered a fire incident on the hotel the fire alarm did not activate during the incident this lack of alarm created considerable confusion and panic among guests i felt there was no proper guidance or evacuation plan in place at the time

The front desk staff were efficient and helpful. the location was great. I got everywhere quickly!!!
The lighting was dim. It was difficult to shave. the pillows were horrible. I struggled to get a good night's sleep.

poor sound insulation disruptive noise
the breakfast buffet was adequate, with a sufficient variety of options.
The room lacked proper sound insulation. I heard every noise from adjacent rooms. doors slammed and drawers shut frequently, disrupting sleep (especially with jet lag). the noise made it difficult to rest.

some issues impacted the stay
poor breakfast coffee taste
i found issues . breakfast was disappointing the food was not replenished. the coffee machine produced a cappuccino that tasted like cleaning fluid. these aspects detracted from the overall experience.
