early check in was available. the staff was reliable and nice. i felt welcomed. the hotel was clean and quiet. i recommend it definitely

The hotel provided a variety of quality toiletries. My room was quiet because it faced the rear of the building. The bed was huge. I slept very well. I also found the minibar to be adequately stocked, so I didn't want anything .
The city map was not provided at check in, which I could have used.

The hotel is a short walk from major attractions. It took me ten minutes to walk to Sagrada Familia. The main road is lined with shops. That are restaurants, and other attractions.

The staff were very attentive to my needs, they were very professional. I also noted that requests were handled efficiently. Upon arrival, I received a complimentary upgrade and a glass of Prosecco.

Breakfast included a great continental selection with abundant choices, no matter the time. The breakfast service starts early, and it ends late. There were many options.

The hotel has modern installations, and the interior design is modern. The hotel courtyard downstairs is small. I imagine it is cool in the summer. The rooms offer stylish decor, which I liked a lot!

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to major attractions. i found the staff consistently helpful. the room's cleanliness was perfect. Daily servicing kept it fresh. the shower's excellent water pressure was particularly refreshing, i found.
i noticed some minor wear on the bathroom fixtures, but it didn't affect my stay.

I found the staff helpful when i needed directions, they helped immediately. the hotel offers a breakfast buffet and i found it to be plentiful. the location is close to shopping. But the noise level was acceptable.
The corridors are dark. And the paint is too dark.
