Our rooms were upgraded. It was a great start to our vacation. The hotel is near the Farrer Park MRT station which is a plus. Many Indian restaurants are within walking distance plus Mustafa shopping center is nearby. The lobby felt spacious and the staff was very courteous.

the location is very convenient, adjacent to the mrt station.

i found that the hotel does not provide complimentary water bottles in the rooms, quite inconvenient. the breakfast area was often congested and looked understaffed. The staff seemed indifferent to the guest experience. as a vegetarian, i was disappointed by the lack of proper separation for vegetarian food, leading to hygiene concerns.
