convenient location with friendly staff
helpful staff convenient location spacious hotel room
i found the staff very helpful . the location proved very convenient, close to shops and local attractions. the hotel rooms are spacious,. i was grateful for the daily entertainment.
i noticed a sewage smell occasionally coming from the bathroom drain. this was a bit unpleasant at times. i would appreciate it if this issue was addressed.

the hotel is situated within walking distance of many shops. a nearby promenade allows easy access to various restaurants. siam park is also within a reasonable walking distance, giving convenient access.

awesome stay!
amazing location spacious room equipped kitchen
the location was amazing i was super close to everything i wanted to see the rooms were really spacious and clean i loved having a well equipped kitchen it totally made my trip easier the gym had a great variety of equipment so i kept up with my workouts.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures but it didn't really affect my stay.

the reception staff were helpful answering all my questions and giving great local recommendations plus the housekeeping team kept everything super clean throughout my whole stay i totally appreciated that.

breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes the coffee machines provided a reliable caffeine fix each morning i noticed gluten free options were available which is a plus for some guests.

Staff are so helpful. Location it's near to beach, shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the choices for breakfast. Jonathan and his team did a great entertainment for everyone with music and dancing.

This hotel has a prime spot. It is near many attractions. Walking to Siam Park and the Shopping Mall is easy. The beach is only one minute away and the main strip with entertainment is very close.

The room was clean. It had a full equipped kitchen and the view to the ocean. The rooms have air con and a fan that keeps it cool all time. I am happy because beds were comfy.

Excellent Hotel Experience
easy access sea view
I found that my room was very close to the amenities . My room offered great views of the pool and the sea. The staff were friendly , and the location was convenient with a supermarket nearby. Everything I needed was easily accessible.
The hotel's housekeeping service was infrequent , with cleaning occurring only twice during my ten-day stay. Showers left my feet dirty. The apartment felt unfinished, with poorly done walls, damaged doors, and old furniture.

ideal location sea view constant entertainment cold plate unlabelled food poor organization
i found the location ideal. Sea views from my apartment on the 6th floor were beautiful. the hotel entertainment was constant.
the food was not good for breakfast and the evening meal. plates were freezing cold. food was not even labelled.
