the walk from the room to the lobby felt a bit long sometimes.

I enjoyed the pools a lot, especially the ones at the beach club. the all-inclusive food was actually good, not boring at all. the animation team added a lot of fun. They were really professional and friendly. my husband even joined in on the dancing!
i think the hotel should allow guests to use all facilities at any of the hotels since we all paid for the all inclusive service.

the water park was great it offered clean facilities. our room included spacious layouts and good amenities it was also clean upon our arrival. the hotel runs a shuttle bus to take you to the waterpark every 10-25 minutes, a great service. staff was really good.
Arriving, i felt disappointed with the information at reception. It lacked clarity. i also found the food quality needed improvement. the all inclusive plan felt limited, some services required extra payments.

I was not thrilled with the lack of variety in the all-inclusive drinks. many options had extra charges. the gym was a joke, with outdated equipment. One treadmill wasn't working
