My room was not properly cleaned. I found a stray sock from a previous guest behind the nightstand. the lighting in the bathroom was dim, this made shaving a bit of a gamble. it seems like they could do better with basic cleanliness.

I really loved the wide selection of fresh food during every meal. the all inclusive package included premium brand drinks and cocktails. i found the mini bar stocked with beers, soft drinks, and snacks a nice bonus. Housekeeping restocked it each visit. the pool area had many sun loungers spaced nicely around the lagoon style pool.

it got a little tricky to book the activities because they fill up fast, so i recommend downloading the app to pre-book everything!

A Balanced Stay

Jonathan made excellent cocktails , especially the Pina Colada. It had a unique green color , unlike the usual yellow. The hotel gym was fully stocked , providing ample options for workouts. It included a variety of equipment , like treadmills and stationary bikes.

The sunloungers by the pool lacked padding , so they were uncomfortable. Some paths around the pool were uneven . This could be a hazard with mobility issues.
