i loved this hotel! the washing machine in the room was a total lifesaver. having a king size bed made for the best sleep, and the breakfast selection had everything i could imagine. the staff was also kind and helpful, they were really nice!
the gym equipment could use a little updating, but it was still functional.

The beautiful king room was spacious and clean. I really appreciated the inclusion of a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, cutlery, and plates. the room had a bathtub, along with a japanese toilet, pretty awesome!

the breakfast offered a great choice of food items along with a fresh egg making counter. there were also nice places to eat around the hotel if you don't eat there, what a bonus!

i found the breakfast delicious and very diverse. the location worked well, close to many shops. the staff were helpful, they assisted with taxi bookings.
the furniture in the room seemed very old. the bathroom tiles did not meet the hotel standard, i think. the air conditioner was difficult regarding temperature regulation

I really appreciated the free tuk tuk service to the bts station, it made getting around super easy. the staff were also very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. the housekeeping service was great too. My room was super clean every day!!!
the gym was a bit small and only had a few pieces of equipment. it would be great if they expanded it with more machines or free weights.

the hotel is a short walk from the chit lom bts station, nice for easy access to other parts of the city. nearby, i found several restaurants and shops just steps away. convenience stores are within easy reach!!!

the hotel has an indoor saltwater swimming pool that i liked. there is also a coin-operated laundry facility to use anytime!!! the hotel offered complimentary coffee, tea, and detox juices in the lobby during the day.

The two-bedroom suite offered a full kitchen and a dining table. It also had a washer and dryer combo. the bedroom had a lot of storage cabinets.
The hotel tuk-tuk was not always available exactly when i needed it. Sometimes, it was at a gas station.

The room was fine, a spacious haven of cleanliness. I found the little kitchenette useful. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
The air conditioning only had one setting, and I couldn't adjust it. It also made a very loud noise, so I had to turn it off to sleep. The room had a damp smell.
