The air conditioning unit in my room was noisy and had a slight musty smell. the hotel shuttle only runs once an hour and accommodates a limited number of people. The 9:00 am shuttle was already fully booked when i arrived, so i had to pay for a taxi.

The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. this was very useful for my early morning flight. the room was clean and a good size for one person.. i had a good breakfast at the restaurant. The staff kept the buffet well-stocked. the shopping center across the street was also very convenient.

The welcome drink was not good. I would prefer a simple juice instead. the gym did not have working air conditioning. it felt too hot to exercise there. i also noticed the room smelled slightly of sewage at times..

The airport shuttle was super handy and on time. my room was a beautiful king room, and it was HUGE!!! breakfast offered a great variety of options. i especially loved the pastries and fresh fruit. They were so delicious!!!

The pool area could use a little tlc. Some of the loungers looked worn. also, the gym lacked some basic equipment like resistance bands. it would be great if they could update these areas.
