okay stay, convenient location

the hotel has a direct connection to central world shopping mall. this was very convenient for shopping. big c supermarket is right next door too. i appreciated the accessibility. the staff was very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early. that helped a lot after a long trip.

there wasn't a wardrobe in the room, only hooks. i would have liked a desk and a chair. it was inconvenient that there was no iron in the room. i needed to go to the common ironing room on the lobby level. this was a bit of a hassle.

kahyla was helpful. she remembered my name and offered moxy candies. check-in and checkout were both very quick and smooth (i love it when things are easy). the hotel's location is amazing across from central world.

the rooms are small, especially for a family. i found this a bit inconvenient. the staff did not provide clear information about the room payment.
