I stayed in a Family Room Pool Terrace and it had good facilities for kids. The breakfast had many delicious options. The staff helped us get a tuktuk to the market.

The location was good. It was still in the center of everything, i suppose.

The security was EXTREMELY rude. The staff barked louder at customers than stray dogs. It was quite alarming. I certainly would avoid coming back here. The experience left a VERY sour taste.

The hotel is right on the beach. It is easy to reach the markets, they are close to the hotel. Gardens surround the structure. It is easy to get around the area.

i found the hotel grounds beautiful and well kept. the colonial style architecture gave a unique atmosphere. the pool area offered a relaxing space with comfortable loungers. the gardens provided a super calm place for a quiet stroll.

The tv reception was not very good. It cut out every few seconds.

The hotel had beautiful colonial decor. It recalled the 19th century heyday. There were many antiques and simulacra of Franco-Siamese architecture. The beds were comfy.

My bathroom had no ventilation. There were no openable windows. Drainage was not efficient. Some staff seemed to only look after the European guests first.
