delicious options large room
I stayed in a Family Room Pool Terrace and it had good facilities for kids. The breakfast had many delicious options. The staff helped us get a tuktuk to the market.

rude security sour taste
The location was good. It was still in the center of everything, i suppose.
The security was EXTREMELY rude. The staff barked louder at customers than stray dogs. It was quite alarming. I certainly would avoid coming back here. The experience left a VERY sour taste.

The staff provided excellent service, with friendliness and helpfulness in every interaction. Housekeeping meticulously maintained our room . The hotel grounds were good. The food in the restaurants provided excellent quality.

The hotel is right on the beach. It is easy to reach the markets, they are close to the hotel. Gardens surround the structure. It is easy to get around the area.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and crisp, white sheets. The large balcony was great. Rooms were clean, I must say. It was luxurious.

colonial architecture comfortable loungers super calm place
i found the hotel grounds beautiful and well kept. the colonial style architecture gave a unique atmosphere. the pool area offered a relaxing space with comfortable loungers. the gardens provided a super calm place for a quiet stroll.
The tv reception was not very good. It cut out every few seconds.

the hotel boasts multiple pools catering to different preferences, each maintained well. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, along with free weights. beautiful gardens surround all areas.

i experienced consistent, friendly service from everyone. staff members are polite and always ready to help. the food and beverage service by the pool offered prompt and attentive service.

colonial decor beautiful architecture comfy bed ventilation absence inefficient drainage rude staff
The hotel had beautiful colonial decor. It recalled the 19th century heyday. There were many antiques and simulacra of Franco-Siamese architecture. The beds were comfy.
My bathroom had no ventilation. There were no openable windows. Drainage was not efficient. Some staff seemed to only look after the European guests first.
