My room was very clean. It had a nice view of the sea! The staff provided excellent service. They addressed my needs quickly. I also appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions. Many places were close to the hotel.

The hotel had a central location. Several shops and restaurants were within walking distance, it was very accessible. Public transport options were also nearby. I could easily explore the area.

fantastic stay

I found fresh flowers and arabian coffee always available at the lobby. This created a cute feeling each time i entered. the scent of high quality incense permeated the hotel. the room was huge and well designed, it also featured a great view. complimentary toiletries were comprehensive and included everything i might need from a hair conditioner to cotton pads and even a body peeling sponge.
The motion sensitive sink faucet was awful. It only stayed on for 2 seconds. it shut down and would not reset for a minute. this made shaving with hot water impossible for me

The staff were very friendly and helpful. one employee named omar was cute. He was also professional and attentive to every detail. his warm attitude.

The pool is big and not very deep. It is also very suitable for kids. the cafe area is very cozy. It is full of delicious pastries. i loved the one-bedroom unit, it featured a large bathroom with toilet plus a separate powder room.

I thought the location was excellent. It had easy accessibility and ocean views. it is surrounded by modern cafés, restaurants. the hotel is also conveniently situated close to major attractions, transport hubs, and great dining options.

i really enjoyed the spaciousness of the beautiful king room. the fridge kept everything nicely chilled. it was great we got a sea-view room (a very pleasant surprise!). the reception team allowed us a late check-out, made our departure easier.
the staff said they didn't have basic pain relievers (like paracetamol), but i think providing these would really enhance guest care.

the lobby had very good staff (nourhan made the best coffee!). the reception team organized trips and were helpful. i found the service very efficient and cute.

the hotel looks like a ship (quite interesting!). the swimming pool provided a clean and excellent experience for everyone. i also observed that the furniture was clean.

i appreciated the food selection offered in the restaurant. the food was very good (especially the omelettes!). i noticed attentiveness from the restaurant staff.
